We understand that unexpected events can occur in anyone's life.
To be fair and effective for all our clients, we have established the following policies:
Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to schedule another client in that time slot. If you cannot provide 24 hours' notice, you will be charged half of the appointment fee.
No-Shows: If you forget your appointment or decide not to attend for any reason, you will be considered a "no-show." In this case, you will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
Fees incurred must be paid before your next scheduled appointment, and any cards on file will be used to process that payment.
